To Leatherique:
I have been using your dye for a few years now and have had excellent results. Before I was using a spray type paint that left the leather hard and "sealed". I initially started out spraying the dye on but have found that using a soft brush give much better results because it works the dye into the leather somewhat and when it dries it give a great finish. Spraying gives a thin splotchy look. You can spray the dye on for speed, but then you should go back over the area and work the dye in with a brush. Mike Kesler Morgantown, PA Thanks Mike, George P.

"By the way, I have a tip for your users that might be of help. I got a
gallon of Klean Strip Paint Stripper that's in the gel form. That gel is really workable on these seats, as you can just let it "set" for a while. You probably knew this already but wanted to tell you just in case. Thanks so much. Collin Hays" Thanks Collin will try that in the lab on some seats. George P. |
